Requirements to the participants:Участником конкурса может быть любой Подрядчик. Претендовать на победу в данном конкурсе может участник, отвечающий следующим требованиям:
• обладающий гражданской правосубъектностью для заключения договора;
• не являющийся неплатежеспособным, банкротом, не находящийся в процессе ликвидации. На имущество участника в части, существенной для исполнения Договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена;
• обладающий всеми необходимыми для выполнения Договора видами ресурсов, компетентностью, опытом, квалификацией, лицензиями, аккредитациями и разрешениями;
• наличие необходимых лицензий, аккредитаций и разрешений на осуществление данного вида деятельности.

Contract award criteria and Contract execution term:Победителем конкурса будет признан участник, предложивший наилучшие условия в соответствии с конкурсной документацией. Подписание Организатором и Победителем протокола о результатах конкурса будет осуществлено в течение 10 дней с момента подведения итогов конкурса. Организатор конкурса вправе, при необходимости, изменить данный срок.

Организатор конкурса планирует применение преференциальной поправки в размере 10% для следующей группы участников - ДЗО ОАО «Омская электрогенерирующая компания».
Остальные и более подробные условия конкурса содержатся в Конкурсной документации, являющейся неотъемлемым приложением к данному Извещению.
