Requirements to the participants:К участию в конкурсе приглашаются Поставщики, удовлетворяющие следующим требованиям:
- обладающие гражданской правосубъектностью для заключения договора;
- не являющиеся неплатёжеспособными, банкротами, не находящимися в процессе ликвидации. На имущество участника, в части существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена;
- обладающие всеми необходимыми для выполнения договора видами ресурсов, компетентностью, опытом, квалификацией, лицензиями.
Documentation kit:Комплект Конкурсной документации может быть получен всеми заинтересованными поставщиками, являющимися участниками Торговой Системы, после того, как они подтвердят свое намерение участвовать в проводимом конкурсе.
Bid securities (except for bank guarantees):Участник конкурса в составе своей Конкурсной заявки представляет обеспечение исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной заявки, на сумму 2% от предполагаемой Участником цены Договора (с учетом налогов).
Tender bids:Требования к оформлению конкурсных заявок участников приведены в конкурсной документации, являющейся неотъемлемым приложением к данному извещению.
Конкурсные заявки должны быть заполнены на русском языке в соответствии с требованиями конкурсной документации.
Конкурсную заявку необходимо своевременно подать через Торговую Систему, размещенную на сайте www.b2b-energo.ru , а также в запечатанном конверте по адресу: 398600, г. Липецк, ул. Московская, д. 8А, отдел закупок.

Договор между Заказчиком и Победителями конкурса подписывается на основании Протокола о результатах конкурса, в течение 20 календарных дней.
