Comments: any legal or natural person belonging to small and medium business entities may participate in the competition. However, in order to qualify for winning the competition and obtaining the right to conclude a contract with the customer, the contest participant must meet the requirements specified in 4.5.1 of the tender documentation.
According to the decree of the RF government № 1352 from 11.12.2014 G. "On peculiarities of participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in procurement of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities", as well as "list of goods, works, services, purchase of which is carried out by subjects of small and medium Enterprise "approved by the Order of PJSC" Mrsk North-West "№ 467 R from 22.12.2016 and placed on the official website of the customer www.mrsksevzap.ru, to take part in this purchase can only participants belonging to small and Medium business, which is confirmed by the questionnaire on the affiliation of the participant with the subjects of small and medium enterprises (Form 17). In case of involvement of subcontractors (co-executors) the participant of purchase undertakes to provide exhaustive information about them, including in the part of their classification to the category of small and average business by providing the questionnaire on Form 17. Failure to comply with this requirement may be grounds for rejecting the application from further consideration.
Proposals of participants not belonging to small and medium-sized enterprises may not participate in the procurement and will be rejected without consideration on the merits.
