Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) If the Participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer with a grace period of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt by the Buyer of the Products and a complete set of documents for payment in accordance with the terms of the contract. Settlements are made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier, and may also have a different form of payment that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2) If the Participant does not apply to subjects of small and medium-sized business:
Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer with payment delay not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt by the Buyer of the Products and a complete set of documents for payment in accordance with the terms of the contract. Settlements are made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier, and may also have a different form of payment that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
