Payment terms:
1) If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of products is made by the buyer with deferred payment not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of products by the buyer and a complete set of documents for payment under the terms of the contract. Calculations are made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier, and may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of products is made by the buyer with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of products by the buyer and the complete set of documents for payment under the terms of the contract. Calculations are made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier, and may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
