Payment terms:
1) If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
With a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of completed works, provided the contractor submitted a complete set of documents. Settlements under the agreement are made by transfer of funds to the current account of the contractor specified in the agreement, as well as may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
With a delay of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of the executed works, provided the contractor presented the customer with a complete set of documents. Settlements under the agreement are made by transfer of funds to the current account of the contractor specified in the agreement, as well as may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
