1) If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of executed works (rendered services) is carried out by the customer on the basis of actual volume of executed works (rendered services) with deferred payment not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing by both parties of acts of acceptance-delivery Performed works (rendered services), provided the contractor submitted a complete set of documents to the customer. Settlements under the contract are made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier, and may have a different form of calculations, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
