Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of the Contract price (executed Works) is made by the Customer on the basis of the agreement signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of executed works on the form KS-2, the reference on the cost of executed works on the form KS-3 with deferred payment no more than 30 calendar days from Date of signing the Act of acceptance of completed works, provided the Contractor submitted a complete set of documents. Settlements under the Agreement are made by transfer of funds to the current account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, as well as may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation.
2) If The Participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of the Contract price (executed Works) is made by the Customer on the basis of the agreement signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works on the form KS-2, the reference on the cost of executed works on the form KS-3 with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) and no more 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of acceptance of the executed works, provided the Contractor submitted a complete set of documents to the Customer. Settlements under the Agreement are made by transfer of funds to the current account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, as well as may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation.
