Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) If the Participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of Products is made by the Buyer with deferred payment not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of Products by the Buyer and a complete set of documents for payment under the terms of the contract. Payments are made in cash. Calculations are made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier.

2) If The Participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of Products is made by the Buyer with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of Products by the Buyer and the complete set of documents for payment under the terms of the contract. Calculations are made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier.
