Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a full set of documents, provided there are no claims and requirements on the part of the Customer regarding the quality and timing of the services provided. Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
