Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made with a deferred payment of 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) an act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices.
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
