Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Works performed shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Results on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties, with deferred payment not more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the Certificate of Acceptance and Acceptance of Works, provided the Contractor submits a complete set of documents to the Customer. Payments under the Agreement shall be made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation Russian Federation.$
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
