Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Contract Price shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all works under the Contract and delivery by the Contractor to the Customer of the Work Results, with a delay of not more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing Parties to the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents. Payments under the Agreement shall be made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation Russian Federation.$
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Contract Price shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all works under the Contract and delivery by the Contractor to the Customer of the Work Results, with a delay of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of Signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents. Payments under the Agreement shall be made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation Russian Federation.$
