Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
with a delay of payment no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of rendered services provided by the Contractor executed in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation invoices. Calculations under the contract are made in cash to the Contractor's current account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
with a delay of payment not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of rendered services provided by the Contractor invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Calculations under the contract are made in cash to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
