Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
Final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Work Completed by the Parties, with a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of work performed, provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with a complete set of the following documents:
• bills
• the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
• certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. КС-3) signed by the Parties;
• invoices.
Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Work Completed by the Parties, with a deferral of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of Acceptance of work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a full set of the following documents:
• bills
• the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
• certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. КС-3) signed by the Parties;
• invoices.
Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
