Payment terms:
1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
Final settlement on the basis of the Act of acceptance of the services rendered by the Parties, with a deferral of not more than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of services rendered, provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with a complete set of the following documents:
• bills
• the acceptance certificate of the services rendered (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
• certificates of the cost of services and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
• invoices.
Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
The final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Services rendered by the Parties, with a deferral of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of Acceptance of Services rendered, provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with a full set of the following documents:
• bills
• the acceptance certificate of the services rendered (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
• certificates of the cost of services and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
• invoices.
Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
