Final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of the completed work on the Order, signed by the Parties, with a delay of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of the completed work, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
bills
acceptance certificate of work performed (form No. КС-2), signed by the Parties;
certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
invoices
but in any case not earlier than the deadlines stipulated by the Schedule for the execution of work (Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement)
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
The final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of the work performed on the Order, signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
