Auto-extension

Payment terms:1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
The final settlement on the basis of the Act of acceptance of the work signed by the Parties, with a delay of no more than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) conclusions
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of the work signed by the Parties, with a deferral of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor provides the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) conclusions
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
