Final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Work Completed by the Parties, with a delay of no more than 15 working days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of Work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
bills
acceptance certificate of work performed (form No. КС-2), signed by the Parties;
certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
invoices
but in any case not earlier than the deadlines provided for in the Schedule for the execution and payment of work
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Completed Works signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of Acceptance of Completed Works, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
