- certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. КС-3) signed by the Parties;
- invoices;
- other documents.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Final settlement with a deferral of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the work performed in full, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
- bills
- Act of acceptance of work performed, signed by the Parties;
- certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. КС-3) signed by the Parties;
- invoices;
- other documents.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
