Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium enterprises:
Final settlement, with a delay of not more than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the signing of the Act of the completed works in full, subject to the submission by the Contractor to the Customer of the complete set of the following documents:
• accounts; $
• the acceptance of services rendered (Form No. COP 2) signed by the Parties; $
• a certificate on the cost of services rendered and costs (Form No. COP 3) signed by the Parties.$
Payment is made by transferring funds to the current account of the Contractor or by other means, not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium enterprises:
Final settlement, with deferment of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of the completed works in full, subject to submission of Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of the following documents:
• accounts; $
• the acceptance of services rendered (Form No. COP 2) signed by the Parties; $
• a certificate on the cost of services rendered and costs (Form No. COP 3) signed by the Parties.$
Payment is made by transferring funds to the current account of the Contractor or by other means, not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
