Auto-extension

Payment terms:Monthly payment for the Services rendered is made within 15 (fifteen) working days (if the Contractor belongs to the SMS), within 30 (thirty) calendar days (if the Contractor does not belong to the SMS) from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, if provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
