Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer upon completion of the stage of work and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of the work on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, within 15 (fifteen) working days, from the date of signing the Service Acceptance Certificate for the Stage, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) report
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of the stage of Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of Works on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days, from the date of signing the Delivery Certificate acceptance of services for the Stage, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) report
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
