Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
settlement with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered (form Input field), signed by the Parties;
b) invoices;
c) report;
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the provision of the Customer with a full set of documents for payment for the Services provided specified in this paragraph.
