Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
payment under the contract is carried out within 15 (Fifteen) workers (if the Procurement Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses) / at least 30 (Thirty) and no more than 60 (Sixty) calendar (if the Procurement Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses) ) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
