Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon completion of the stage of services and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of services on the basis of the Certificate of acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties, within 15 (fifteen) working days, from the date of signing the Certificate of acceptance of services for the Stage, subject to the submission by the Contractor following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Agreement, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon completion of the stage of services and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of services on the basis of the Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a delay of payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days, from the date of signing the Certificate of Delivery - acceptance of services for the Stage, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Agreement, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
