Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Services provided is made in stages within 15 (Fifteen) working days (if the Contractor refers to small and medium-sized businesses) / with a delay of at least 60 (Sixty) and no more than 90 (Ninety) calendar days (if the Contractor does not belong to the subjects small and medium-sized businesses) from the date of signing by the Parties of the Delivery-Acceptance Acts of Services in accordance with the Schedule for the provision and payment of services (Appendix No. 3), which is an integral part of the Agreement, subject to the Contractor providing the following documents:
a) invoice;
b) the act of acceptance of the Services
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
