Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Services rendered is made within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the rendered stages of services, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts - if the Contractor works using a simplified taxation system (excluding VAT);
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered in the form of Appendix No. 5 to the Agreement, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices, if the Contractor works without applying the simplified taxation system (including VAT)
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Services rendered is made with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the rendered stages of services, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts - if the Contractor works using a simplified taxation system (excluding VAT);
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered in the form of Appendix No. 5 to the Agreement, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices, if the Contractor works without applying the simplified taxation system (including VAT)
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
