Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the stages of the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer are made upon the fact of the work performed within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) report
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
The payment for the stages of the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer is made upon the fact of the work performed with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) report
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
