Payment terms:
The license fee is paid: with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of rights. If the contract is concluded with the SME, the license fee is paid within 15 working days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the contract on the basis of the invoice and the signed Certificate of Acceptance and Transfer of Rights on the basis of the invoice issued and the Certificate of Acceptance and Transfer of Rights signed by the Parties.
All settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the current account of the Licensor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Licensee's payment obligations (in case of payment in cash) are considered fulfilled at the time the funds are debited from the Licensee's current account.
