If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
payment under the agreement is carried out within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the provided individual stages of the Services, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
payment under the agreement is carried out with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the provided individual stages of the Services, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
