Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Final settlement on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Work Acceptance Certificate, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü accounts;
ü the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
invoices
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and they can also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
The final settlement on the basis of the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed under the Work Order signed by the Parties, with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed, subject to the submission by the Contractor to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü accounts;
ü the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
invoices
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and they can also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
