Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract Price (of Works performed) is made by the Customer in the following order: with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days, and in the case of an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity - within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties the acceptance certificate of the work performed under the Work Order, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
- the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
- certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
- invoices;
- copy of the Order-Order,
subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer regarding the quality and timing of the work performed.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
