Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date the Buyer signed the invoice signed by the Supplier and sent to him by the Supplier in the form of TORG-12 / Act of acceptance and transfer of Products / UPD (universal transfer document) ). The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Buyer of the signed invoice and the invoice sent to him by the Supplier in the form of TORG-12 / Act of acceptance and transfer of Products / UPD ( universal transfer document)) provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products:
- consignment note (form TORG-12) / UPD for Products, signed by the Parties;
- an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (in the case of the provision of the FRT, the invoice is not provided).
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
