Payment terms:
If the Participant refers to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Products shall be made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of the Buyer signing the invoice signed and sent to him by the Supplier form of bargaining 12/act of acceptance and transfer of products/UPD (universal transfer document)). The invoice shall be issued by the Supplier in time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code.
Settlements under the Agreement shall be made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict legislation of the Russian Federation
If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses):
Payment of Products shall be made by the Buyer with deferral of payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signature by the Buyer signed and sent to him Supplier of the invoice in the form of bargaining 12/act of acceptance and transfer of products/UPD (universal transfer document)), provided that the Buyer provides a complete set of documents for payment of the Products:
- Consignment note (form TRAD-12) /UPD for Products signed by the Parties;
- invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (in case of submission of the UPD, no invoice is provided).
