Product payment shall be made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date the Buyer signed and sent to it by the Supplier's invoice trade form 12/Reception and Transfer Document/UPD (Universal Transfer Document)). The invoice is invoiced by the Supplier within time and in accordance with the requirements of the Russian NC

Payment of Products shall be made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 or 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date the Buyer signed and sent to it Vendor of Bid Form 12/Reception and Transfer Document/UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) provided the Purchaser provides the Purchaser with a full set of documents for the payment of the Products:
- trade invoice (form BARG-12) /UPD for Products signed by Parties;
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the NK of the Russian Federation (no invoice shall be provided if the UPD is provided).
