The final payment for the Services rendered (Stage of services) is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered (Stage of services), signed and sent by the Contractor, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor
Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Final settlement with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services (Stage of Services), signed by the Parties;
b) invoices;
