Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
1. If the Contractor belongs to small and medium-sized businesses
the final payment for the Service Stage is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the Service Stage acceptance certificate on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's account or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. If the Contractor does NOT belong to small and medium-sized businesses
the final payment for the Stage of services with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the Service Stage, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) certificates of the state of measurements at the Objects.
