1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Calculations for the completed and accepted Works on the Stage of Work, within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act of Acceptance of the completed Works signed and sent by the Contractor (form No. KS-2) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Contract price (completed Works) is made by the Customer in the following order:
a) Calculations for the completed and accepted works on the Stage of Work are made by the Customer with a delay of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the completed Works, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- the Certificate of acceptance of the completed works signed by the Parties for the Stage of work (form No. KS-2);
- Input field ;
- a certificate signed by the Parties on the cost of the work performed (form KS-3);
- Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the full set of Executive/Technical/Initial-Permissive
(including the permission to put the Object into operation-it is applied when the work on the last stage of the work under the Contract is completed and the Result of the work under the Contract is transferred) /Operational documentation (if applicable) for the Work Stage signed by the Parties;
- the act signed by the Parties in the form of Vn-M-05 in accordance with clause 7.1. Contract (used when the Contractor performs dismantling work on the corresponding Stage of work);
- the original invoice;
- the original invoice;
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the Work performed.

The Contractor specified in the Contract, as well as may have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
