1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of the Buyer's signature and delivery of the Vendor's invoice the form of Barge-12/Product Receiving/Transfer Act/UPD (Universal Transfer Document)). The invoice shall be issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Tax Code.
Payments under the Agreement shall be made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement and may also take a different form of settlement that is not inconsistent with legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for Products shall be made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of not less than 30 calendar days and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date the Buyer signed and sent it to him Provider of a Tending-12/Receiving-Transfer Act/UPD (Universal Transfer Document) form, provided that the Buyer provides the Purchaser with a complete set of documents for payment of the Products:
- Consignment invoice (form TRADE-12) /UPA for Products signed by the Parties;
- issued in accordance with the requirements of the Russian National Code of Invoice (no invoice is provided in case of the UPD).
Payments under the Agreement shall be made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement and may also take a different form of settlement that is not inconsistent with legislation of the Russian Federation.
