Оплата Продукции производится Покупателем с отсрочкой платежа не более 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты фактического получения Покупателем Продукции при условии предоставления полного комплекта документов. Расчеты по договору производятся путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика, а также могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
