Оплата Продукции производится Покупателем с отсрочкой платежа не более 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты фактического получения Покупателем Продукции и полного комплекта документов на оплату согласно условий договора. Расчёты производятся денежными средствами, а также могут иметь иную форму расчётов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путём передачи векселей и пр.
2) Если Участник не относится к субъектам малого и среднего предпринимательства:
Оплата Продукции производится Покупателем с отсрочкой платежа не менее 30 (тридцати) и не более 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с даты фактического получения Покупателем Продукции и полного комплекта документов на оплату согласно условий договора. Расчёты производятся денежными средствами, а также могут иметь иную форму расчётов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путём передачи векселей и пр.
