1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
100% payment under the supply agreement with a deferred payment of not more than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products by the Buyer. Payment is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
100% payment under the supply agreement with a deferred payment of at least 30, but not more than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products by the Buyer. Payment is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account.
