Payment terms:	Payment terms: 1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business: Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties to TORG-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a full set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot of Products: - original bill of lading (form TORG-12) for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies .; - original invoice / UPD - 1 copy. Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation. 2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises: Payment for the Products / Batch of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties to TORG-12), provided that the Buyer provides a full set of documents for payment of the Products / Batch of Products: - original bill of lading (form TORG-12) for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies .; - original invoice / UPD - 1 copy. Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
