1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
Payment with a deferral of not more than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:

c) invoices,
d) report
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways not contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant is not a small and medium-sized business:
Payment with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) report
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways not contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.
