Обоснование: 1. Признать открытый запрос коммерческих предложений на право заключения договора на поставку серверного оборудования размещенного в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети Интернет, содержащим информацию о закупках товаров, работ, услуг на электронно-торговой площадке www.b2b-energo.ru под регистрационным №1068354 от «03» августа 2018 года состоявшимся.
2. Признать предложения поступившие от ООО «ВПС» и ООО «ГК «Абак-2000» соответствующими условиям открытого запроса коммерческих предложений.
3. Признать победителем в открытом запросе коммерческих предложений на право заключения Договора на поставку серверного оборудования для нужд ПАО «Волгоградэнергосбыт» ООО «ВПС».
4. Заключить с ООО «ВПС» ИНН:3442065578 договор на поставку серверного оборудования, на следующих условиях:
1) Цена договора - 680,340,00 руб. в т.ч. НДС 103 780,68 руб.;
2) Поставка Товара производится Поставщиком в течение – 29 календарных дней, с даты заключения договора;
3) Гарантийный срок поставляемого Товара определен производителем Товара, установлен в гарантийном листе (талоне) или в технической документации на Товар и указан в Спецификации (Приложение №1 к настоящему протоколу) и составляет 12 месяцев на всю представленную продукцию;
