Обоснование: 1. Признать Открытый запрос коммерческих предложений на право заключения договора на поставку программного обеспечения и/или передачу неисключительных прав антивируса «Kaspersky» для нужд ПАО «Волгоградэнергосбыт» проведенный на электронно-торговой площадке www.b2b-energo.ru под регистрационным номером №1076271 от «17» августа 2018г. состоявшимся.
2. Признать предложения поступившие от ООО «Легасофт», ООО «ГЕОКЭПИТАЛ» и их заявки соответствующими условиям открытого запроса коммерческих предложений.
3. Отклонить предложения поступившее от ООО «ВПС» и ООО «Софт Билдинг» как не соответствующие условиям открытого запроса коммерческих предложений.
4. Признать победителем в открытом запросе коммерческих предложений на право заключения договора на право заключения договора на поставку программного обеспечения и/или передачу неисключительных прав антивируса «Kaspersky» - ООО «ГЕОКЭПИТАЛ».
5. Заключить с ООО «ГЕОКЭПИТАЛ» (ИНН 7702587343) договор на поставку программного обеспечения и/или передачу неисключительных прав антивируса «Kaspersky» на следующих условиях:
1) Цена договора - 981 143,28 руб. НДС не облагается;
2) Передача Программного обеспечения в течение 5 календарных дней с момента заключения Договора;
Остальные условия отражены в договоре.
