Payment terms:
Payment of executed works (rendered services) is made by PJSC "volgogradjenergosbyt" in cashless manner, by transfer of funds to the account of the executor, on the basis of the billed executor account, within 30 calendar days from When the parties signed the Act of performed works (rendered services). The cost of services is set according to the executor's price-lists.
The cost of Works (services) for each unit of motor transport is determined on the basis of the defective statement, compiled by the executor after the transfer of the car.
Delivery terms:
Place of work (rendering of services) – Service Center (centers) located in the central or Vorashilovskiy district of Volgograd City. Terms of performance of works (rendering of services), starting from the moment of signing the act of receiving-transfer of car:
A) diagnosis – within 1 (one) hour;
b) Maintenance – within 1 (one) day;
Melkosrochny Repair – no more than 0.5 working days;
D) Current repairs – no more than 1 working day;
e) Repair of aggregates – no more than 2 working days;
f) Overhaul – no more than 3 working days.
The list of Works (services) is established in the contract.

Обоснование: 1. Признать Открытый запрос коммерческих предложений на право заключения договора на
оказание услуг по диагностике, техническому обслуживанию, капитальному и текущему ремонту автомобилей для нужд ПАО «Волгоградзнергосбыт» проведенный на электронно-торговой площадке www.b2b-energo.ru под регистрационным номером № 1134738 от 22.11.2018 года несостоявшимся.
2. Признать предложение поступившее от ИП Соболева Александра Сергеевича соответствующее условиям открытого запроса коммерческих предложений.
3. Заключить с ИП Соболевым Александром Сергеевичем, ИНН: 344311435608, как с единственным Поставщиком договор на оказание услуг по диагностике, техническому обслуживанию, капитальному и текущему ремонту автомобилей для нужд ПАО «Волгоградэнергосбыт», на условиях изложенных в заявке.
