Обоснование: Руководствуясь п. 30.1. Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг ПАО «Ростелеком», утверждённого Советом директоров ПАО «Ростелеком» (Протокол № 08 от 22.10.2018 г.), к которому Общество присоединилось в порядке, предусмотренном ч. 4 ст. 2 Федерального закона от 18.07.2011г. № 223-ФЗ (Протокол № 317 от 02.11.2018 г.) заключить договор на оказание услуг по постгарантийной технической поддержке оборудования сети передачи данных Juniper (без замены и ремонта оборудования) с единственным Участником ООО «Инлайн технолоджис» на сумму:
1 060 000 (Один миллион шестьдесят тысяч) рублей 00 копеек, кроме того НДС, предусмотренный действующим законодательством РФ.
