Обоснование: Руководствуясь п. 30.1.5. Положения о закупке товаров работ и услуг ПАО «Ростелеком», утверждённое Советом директоров ПАО «Ростелеком» (Протокол № 08 от 22.10.2018 г.), к которому Общество присоединилось в порядке, предусмотренном ч. 4 ст. 2 Федерального закона от 18.07.2011г. № 223-ФЗ (Протокол № 317 от 02.11.2018 г.) и на основании п. 28.5.15 Положения о закупке товаров работ и услуг ПАО «Ростелеком», утверждённое Советом директоров ПАО «Ростелеком» (Протокол № 08 от 22.10.2018 г.), к которому Общество присоединилось в порядке, предусмотренном ч. 4 ст. 2 Федерального закона от 18.07.2011г. № 223-ФЗ (Протокол № 317 от 02.11.2018 г.) заключить рамочный договор на поставку автомобильного топлива через АЗС поставщика по топливным пластиковым картам с единственным Участником ООО "ЕКА-Процессинг" на сумму: 962 880 (Девятьсот шестьдесят две тысячи восемьсот восемьдесят) рублей 00 копеек, с учётом НДС 18%.
Коэффициент снижения единицы товара (работы, услуги) 1,0 применять к розничной цене (стоимости) автомобильного топлива, действующей в месте поставки на день приобретения автомобильного топлива.
